Welcome to the Sister’s Elementary Art program! This is a wonderful opportunity for every student to be an artist. Each grade level focuses on different elements of art and art histories. Second through fourth grade all end the year with the creation of their own art project based on what they have learned throughout the class. 

Third Grade

In third grade, we start to look at different perspectives in artwork and how we can “zoom in” or fit our objects differently on the page. We begin to use a larger variety of art supplies, like charcoal and textile arts, as well as learning elements like texture and value.
